Description

The 1832 elections following the Reform Act meant that many more men had the vote than ever before. The book reproduced, with the index of names, records those entitled to vote (about 1 in 6 of the male population) and the lands they occupied giving them the right to vote. The book was filmed with the kind permission of the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies where the original may be seen.
